Chouquette has been operating in New Farm since 2006 and has gained the reputation of quality French bakery supplier. 

Our retail/wholesale customer base stretches from GoldCoast all the way to MacKay. We also have people from other capital cities come to our shop for our products.

Our reputation is second to none, because because we never compromise on quality and consistency.

We are unique because we provide quality classic French bakery products (viennoiserie, patisserie and sourdough).

We only use the best ingredients.

  • We use the best Australian flour,

  • Our butter is from Normandy (Flechard or Isigny Ste Mere),

  • Our chocolate is supplied by Valrhona and Weiss (2 iconic brands in French patisserie),

  • Our cheese comes from France, Italy, Greece and Switzerland, and

  • Our fresh fruits, vegetables, honey and other fresh products are locally sourced.

We also produce quality sourdough products. The starter has been nurtured for more than 16 years and produces a rich distinctive flavor in our sourdough. Our Baker (Rebecca) is very passionate in creating quality sourdough product and will not compromise in quality.

Every sourdough is made by hand and crafted to produce the rich sourdough texture and flavour.
